ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Your order will only ship once payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, a shipping notification email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. Shipping costs are calculated at check out with our standard flat rate shipping. Orders will be shipping from our fulfilment warehouse located in Waddinxveen, Netherlands

All prices are listed in € EUR.
The prices on our website are inclusive of 21% VAT. If you are purchasing from a Non-EU Country, 21% VAT will not apply. However, you are solely responsible for any fees imposed by your country’s customs, such as: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/ or taxes. For more information on customs, duties, and taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can exchange or return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund or exchange.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund or exchange
- Product must be in original complete packaging, including inserts and tags
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.
We only allow one-time exchange per order.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund and exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund or exchange.
Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with tracking capabilities with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs; unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
